With all this bullshit going around they now have to realize that th ewaiting game is over and us poolplayers are not the biggest angels in the world. With that being said if I do not get my money by next week full action lawsuits are going into order. As a promise from me and to everybody else do not let me see Deno, KT, or the rest of the crew because the way that I handle things that little 5'5 security guard poses no threat to me or the people I know. Keep f@#$%$ with my lifestyle and I will show you how I deal with these people.

let me just put things this way I am at the point where they should have never done none of this stuff and that little pip squeak keeps giving us deadlines of when we are getting paid but yet no money just makes me more mad and like I said please do not play with my emotions. I wish I could let everyone know who I am but at this point I can not do so, but very shortly it will happen. these people do not realize what there doing to my mental stability they are long time con artists and they are what you call the king of con.but if they keep trying to con me they will catch a fist in there face.

I love all pool players and I think what has happened is a shame but don't get out of hand it just makes it easier for them to win. It will be easier for them to portray us pool players as hostile and violent. Keep a cool head and do go through it the legal way. Might take a long while but in the end it might be worth it.

all joking aside, if there is a desire for something like this to work in the future the players and their "supporters" need to take a rational mind and make the appropriate moves. This does nto include blanket parties or cement boots.
Just take a moment and remember in the suits that not only the money that you are out but also other monies from the hardships that are created should be added. (I Believe so anyway)

An online "threat" from an anonymous source is not really credible. The only person who should "worry" about it are the ones threatened and perhaps in this instance they might feel a little apprehensive about the situation they are in.
However, if a person did elect to publish threats that seemed credible then I am sure the moderators would make note of it and deal with it accordingly.

All of the players are very upset about the delays in payments from Reno. I am not sure where threatening physical harm will make the money appear though?

This is the damn computer age..... If you post a threat here, and then carry it out, your identity will be known to the involved authorities within the hour. Maybe 20 minutes.
SACTEEZY has already put himself in this position: if any harm were to come to KT or DA (which would shock none of us), his name will be at the top of the suspect list immediately.
Someone earlier suggested a movie based on this continuing saga; I think a soap-opera maybe. More TV viewers would watch than watch actual matches.

If you file a lawsuit, your posts on this forum threatening physical violence are going to be entered into the evidence and you will come off as a complete A$$hole in the minds of the jury.
I know you're upset but threatening to engage in criminal activity such as punching other people out will seriously damage if not destroy any chance you have at winning a lawsuit.
I suggest that you ask the moderator to delete your posts because you are screwing yourself BIG TIME...or the moderator should elect to remove them because they clearly violate the rules of this forum.

As I stated in another post, such posts will actually help to ruin his chances but in any event, I hope you will consider deleting this thread. I don't think you want to facilitate the conveyance of physical threats...even against IPT officials.
