Does anybody have total lists of the past PBT world champions in different disciplines?
For example I just read from wikipedia that Efren beat Mika Immonen in PBT World 8-ball final in 2000. Haven't ever heard of Mika being in World 8-ball final...

The reason that you have had no response to your question is probably too complex for a quick answer.
Your existing information is so way off beam and to resolve the question would require reference to a number of organisations.

The PBTA was the Professional Billiards Tour Association. They had faded from the scene by the year 2000 in the carnage of Don Mackey and Camel cigarettes. So there is no genuine PBT champions to compile a list for you. Any PBT events carrying world in the title were limited entry (mostly US) players

The WPA - World Pool Association are the body charged with running or sanctioning events with the word World in the title. They held the first World 8 Ball Championship in the UAE in 2004 and Efren (as he normally does) won the inaugural event. The final four were Filipinos - Marlon Manalo and Alex Pagulyan were losers in the semi finals and Efren won the final against Django Bustamante.
The following year Wu Chia Ching won the event without ever having played 8 Ball before the tournament.

The other connection is that Efren won the IPT - International Pool Tour version of an unofficial World 8 Ball title. In Reno but that was much later than 2000.

Mika has never won the World 8 Ball title under any banner.

Wiki info is s**t

I remember Luat losing to Archer one year, the winning against Varner in the PBT World 9-ball.
I remember Efren winning the World 8-ball in successive years against Carter and Wetch. Danny Medina and Bustamante won one a piece as well.

I assume you mean this one. This article is from the November 2000 issue of Billiards Digest (page 74), titled "Last of Its Breed," and written by Kirstin Pires. The top finishers were:
Efren Reyes $30k
Mika Immonen $15k
Roger Griffis $10k
Troy Frank $7k
David Matlock/George SanSouci $5k
Takeshi Okumura/Kunihiko Takahashi $4k
33rd thru 47th each got $1200.
