What me thinks...

I think a couple of things have contributed to the abundance of a..holes in our society. Laws and lawyers are a big part of the problem. They protect them and it restricts others from teaching them manners. Making dueling legal again would send many of them into hiding.

YOUR TO CHEAP!! Lol seriously if they think your to expensive get some cheap Chinese made Jps. Your work is top notch and all hand made. Your price is more then reasonable!

I find that with most people common sense isn't very common, I'm not very patient with that.

We had a large meeting the other day with the owner of my company...it was about the company values and mission. One of his lessons was "don't do business with assholes".

We are not a very "corporate" corporation and that's the way I like it.

Hilarious. You still on a trek?

I agree with this. Here is a true story that happened today...

My wife works for a major retail corporation in their HR Department and when someone has an HR issue they can't resolve at one of the stores, they call her and she advises them on how to handle it. She had a situation today where an employee was disputing being fired and she had to make a recommendation on her situation. Here's some of the specifics of her situation...

One of the employees at the store in question bought some candy out of a vending machine and put it in her purse to save for her next break. When she went on her next break, the candy was gone and when she went to the break room a fellow employee was eating the same type of candy she bought. When my wife questioned the girl who was eating the candy about it, she first said it was her candy and she brought it from home. When my wife informed her that she had reviewed the closed circuit video and saw her take it out of her co-workers purse, the girl back-tracked and said she is diabetic and had low blood sugar and was so disoriented that she didn't even remember taking it and then proceeded to play the "American's With Disabilities Act" card and swore that she should not only be re-instated since it was an act brought on by her disability, but should be given longer breaks to make sure situations like this don't happen in the future .

Now, many members of the group my wife works with want to re-instate this girl because they are concerned she will win a wrongful termination suit against them and it's not worth fighting. I personally think this is RIDICULOUS and agree with AK that it is the litigious nature of our society that causes these issues.

Personally, I am offended on an entire other level because I am a disabled veteran and I think it's sickening when I see someone use the ADA as a weapon or an excuse to get over on society when things don't go their way.

*Now, back to the original point...Jim is working on some stuff for me right now and he's good people...and quite possibly the best at what he does!
