I have been very frustrated with my lack of skill with respect to picture taking. Last weekend I hired a professional photographer to come to the house and shoot my cues. While I am not 100% satisfied, I find it very difficult to get people to actually listen to me as I get older.

Here is my latest Tascarella, made to my details. Brazilian Rosewood with classic titlist veneers. Joint is ivory over steel and all white is ivory. This one is close to 18.8 oz. with 3 shafts, two new and unhit at 13mm and one 12.8mm that I have hit some with.

I hope you enjoy better that my typical blurry pictures.

PS: cue shinnier, photographer cut glare

Tascarella #2..."Slim"

Here is one of my favorite Tascarellas or cues for that matter. This cue is exceptionally thin, 18.8 oz and shafts 12.8mm. I believe this cue is BRW. This is a great playying cue. The hit is solid and feedback great.

Enjoy.

I wince with a myriad of emotions when I view some of your cues
and it ranges from just sheer admiration to lustful envy & jealousy.
Your taste in cue-makers & cue designs goes way beyond exquisite.

Great set Phil.
I think I used to own that second cue and I remember it playing awesome.

Thanks Ralf,

I appreciate the advice. My wife has a camera and seems to do ok on e bay. She said she would shoot them for me. I am so mad because I posted a number of cue and the more I looked at the pictures the madder I got. The woods and finishes are so nice and look dead in the pictures. I provided a perfect set of examples of how the cues should look photographed using a set from a fellow AZ member. Let see if my wife can do better, but that in itdelf can be very costly if you know what I mean.

I love a Tascarella and prefer a thinner cue. That bottom one looks fantastic.

I am not a big fan of Titlist veneers but your Tascarella is one of the very few I do like. The other is a friends Gina with Titlist veneers and boxes in the butt.
