Phillippi cue value. help.

So a friend wants to sell his Phillippi, he's asking 750$ with three shafts. Two original and one Predator. There's lots of ivory in this cue, the original shafts have ivory ferrules. Butt cap, diamonds are also ivory. 5/16-14 pin. Very nice condition for it's age, made in early 2000. Is 750 a good deal for this cue to you guys?

That's a good deal if the shafts aren't straight. Can get a new shaft made and still be under 1000.

I would buy it but I'm a poor student at the moment. Just helping a friend. The market in Sweden is really slow, majority of the players use production cues and don't appriciate good craftsman ship. No intererst in custom stuff.
