Phoenix Open - August 18-22

Saw Fedor play Tevez last night. Gorst looked really sharp. It was good to see.

The poolroom where the event is being played looked very well attended for a Tuesday night. Lot of buzz in the crowd. Sure seems like Phoenix could host a big Matchroom event.

The streaming makes no sense whatsoever. If you happen to stumble upon it via this forum is the only way you are going to find it. 1 table via wnttv.com, the same single table via railbirds youtube channel, some random tables from Evo Sports on the Metro Sportz Bar youtube channel, and probably more tables being recorded by railbirds that they might release in a few months (completely pointless). What a freaking mess man.
It does if you understand that Metro is setup to stream every table. TMatchroom setup to have one tv table and one recorded match table, the rest are being streamed through Metro. All you have to do to find them is do a search for Metro Sportz bar and grill. They have an individual stream for each table.

Just go to digitalpool.com/tournaments and put Phoenix in the search box. Took me three seconds
Easy to find for diehards, but Matchroom could do a much better job ... marketing its own ranking events, whether MR produced or a partner. Predator also lacks in the marketing department.

Harrison Leinen continues to impress. He beat Hunter Lombardo 9-5 in his Phoenix Open first event.

Next up? Fedor Gorst! Big test for young Hank the Tank.

Is it just me, or did this tab change in DigitalPool? Was looking for the bracket tab, then just went through them. Odd to call the bracket view "Viewer." Don't recall it ever being like that.
