Really was a real good tournament. Hats off to Mark Griffin, and of course Efren Reyes, Chris Gentile, and the whole field for entertaining us with four days of great One Pocket!

I shot photos, which can be viewed here:

Best way to view if you have about 8 minutes (in my opinion) is to click on the "slideshow" viewing option (upper right hand corner of gallery pages), because it goes to a full screen view.

Good work.

Loved the images, great job!

Just curious which 70-200 version do you have I or II?

I really enjoyed the pics

Caught Danny D and the Lion just right.
Nice to see Champagne Eddy Kelly has aged well.

...and I want Robert LeBlanc's cue

Great pics and it really nice that every photo had a caption. Nice to match face with name.

Thanks, I really enjoyed the slide show.

Sure looked like a lot of thinking going on. The model for 'The Thinker' must have been contemplating his next one-pocket shot.

Nice pics Steve.., thanks for sharing!

Agreed -- fantastic pictures, Steve! Some of the poses you caught the folks in, tell a story all by themselves.

Just FYI, you have the following photos mislabeled:

- photo 58 of 136: you have this labeled as "Danny Di Liberto, Angela Di Liberto & Ed Kelly." But that's not Ed Kelly in the picture -- it's Robert "Cotton" LeBlanc.

I think my favorite is photo 130 of 136; the expression on Efren's face is PRICELESS! That is definitely a candidate for a "Caption this photo" thread for sure!

Thanks so much for this gallery -- really enjoyed it!

Thanks for all the kind words. I fixed the captions that you all caught my mistakes on -- thanks for your input. There might be a few still unlabeled because I don't know who they are.

Someone asked what lens -- f2.8 Nikon 8-200 for many of these, on a D300 Nikon.

Yes, you see a lot of thinking in One Pocket, lol. Makes me wonder if you would notice less thinking poses in 9-ball or 10-ball photos? Maybe so!

Here's the link again to save the trouble of looking for it:
