Dear Jim,
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my cue!!! I knew my husband was very specific in his specs when he asked you to build it for me but this is beyond what I could have ever imagined! I am so excited to play with it! I wish I were still touring on the different women's tours because I would show this bad boy off everywhere! Whenever I play in the local tournaments I will make sure to crush my opponents with this cue! LOL! Nothing like getting your butt beat by a gorgeous cue! I plan on looking GOOD on the table. Looks KILLER GOOD!!!!! Top Notch work and couldn't ask for a better guy to deal with. Jim's a super nice person and builds one heck of a cue as you can see. As the old saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words and I am extremely impressed!!

Congrats to the owner who I'm sure is newly inspired to teach some tournament lessons with this cue and to Jim for building a beauty. I'm also a fan of the rings. The cocobolo in this cue, especially with those rings make it look almost on fire or at least like a cooling lava flow. I also really like how the bem's eyes are almost the color of the lightest part of the cocobolo. Nice!

I'll second that about Mr. and Mrs. PoolZen. I've done several deals with Chad and like you said, you won't find a nicer guy anywhere. Nice build Jim and congrats to Felisa. What a beautiful cue.
