The cue looks new with the exception of a tiny bit of red chalk on the shaft.
Not the usual signs of wear that you might expect to see on a used shaft.
It does look like a well made cue but the only time I've seen those big spongy bumpers on a cue were from a KF break cue.
And they are very spongy. If you try and remove them, chances are you will twist off the stem.
Its no bumper that I have seen available from a supplier like Atlas or Prather.
For some reason, the EBay name, Swat Boy is familiar to me.
Anyway, rather than tell you thats its an import, its probably easier to tell you thats its an unknown
from a pawn shop and let you dream of Bushkas and other collectibles.

It screams decal import to me.
Let's see........piloted 18 thread, Lucasi ring-work, Hoppe ring that is proportionally bass-akwards (and a bumper???), the tips of the points are evened-up with a Sharpe and an unusually long butt-sleeve that is inconsistent with that style of cue.
Do you really need a brand-name?
As far as the builder; there were probably many that had a hand in this cue.

PS. It's not a decal cue. The points & veneers are real.

At the bottom of the page in the Q and A section someone wrote that it was a Mali. You can look and make up your own mind. I'm not so sure.

It does resemble the V5 Mali cue with the "MALI" logo removed, which are imports nowadays.

The cue is a reworked import sold by Mali, some one attempted to disguise the cue by making a modification to the cues butt, but the joint and points give it all away, who ever bought it got screwed.
