Im laying here on a hard wood floor between the window and coffee table the looking at the internet for about 2 minutes and SVB walks down stairs and kinda kicked me in a friendly way, and asked if I was looking at his website, He told me about it last nite but I didnt see it.

He went and got a bowl of cerail, frosty flakes, I ate all the coco puffs(we were arguing about who's it was-it was his but I kinda ate it all, LOL) Were having a blast here, but believe me when I say its serious business, we talked about the whole session from last night, stragity for today, who did what. What the line up for today looks like etc. Even though its fun its still serious biz. The break has been the big topic, we are not breaking good and the Euro's have it figured out because its the same break they use on the Eurotour, SVB says the Euro tour is tought action "too many good players". They use that break and we dont so thats tough action for our team. Everyone is in a good mood and there is no arguments or tension among the team-Credit to Nick, man he is good.

Back to shanes site, I dont know if its been posted but please have a look, SVB just asked me again while i'm typing this if I posted it yet, he is proud of it. I'm proud of him, he is looking at his career with a very good plan. He played alone yesterday 6 hours before anyone was in the players room, and it paid off. He pays his dues and it paid off.

please take a look:

Nice web site. Now that I know Shane and I share the same birthday, maybe it will help my sorry game somehow. Go USA!

Nice site, thanks Eric. I have the same exact cuetec cue. It's even the same color. I love the cue but can't seem to find the SVB button on it anywhere. Ask Shane if it's hidden somewhere on the cue.:) Johnnyt

Great post. I envy you being there sweating those matches in that arena and hanging out with our team. That really looks like fun and I'll bet those matches have been a thrill and a half.

There's lots of talk about what wrong with pool, and not enough talk about what's right. Here's what's right with pool

Shane Van Boening

That guy is the future of American pool. and I'm proud to say the future looks bright.

Go USA!

and FatBoy, buy the kid a box of Coco Puffs.

Thanks for posting that cool website.

I hope I wasn't the only one who after reading about Shane practicing went out and practiced for six hours....well... for a while anyway:D. I wonder if his mind wanders as much as mine does when practicing that long, maybe he's thinking

"yellow ball, blue ball. perfect shape. wonder if I'll miss today. try to remember the last time I was out of stroke....hmm...let's see...april...2005...or was it 2004. oh, shape was off by an inch there, gotta add an hour of practice for that position...think I'll have a sandwich today."
