Green is my favorite but electric blue (i think it is called that) is right up there as well.

I like tan because it's the easiest on my eyes. It's completely neutral and tan chalk doesn't show up on tan cloth :o Other than that I like blue the best. I often draw a line with my eyes from the edge of the pocket through my object ball to find the point of contact I need, and with blue I seem to be able to maintain that line in my mind much better than any other cloth.

PINK!

lol naw I like the green also. Never really played on anything else besides blue and IMHO green > blue

Green, just seems like pool tables should have green cloth..Hierovision have you played on a table with grey cloth, maybe even easier on the eyeballs than tan.

A friend here who is a rabid Broncos fan had his table done with navy blue felt on the lsate and orange felt on the rails (or vice versa, I forget).

I haven't seen the table yet but it has to be garish. :P

We have HOT and I do mean HOT Pink cloth at our shop. We haven't done any yet. But there is a store here in Atlanta that has Pink Cloth. And above it hangs a Harley Davidson light. I won't reveal the company but it cracks me up.

We do a lot of Black or Tan. Green is probably the color we do the least. Especially Tournament Green.

What's even odder is I can almost stereotype someone from the cloth color they get. Especially if I know the color of the table. I can tell you from just seeing the table and cloth color where the table is going. What race the person will be. Wether they have kids or not. And many other variables.

I just love Tournament Green. But would consider Dark Green.

Smart Table Blue!

I remember speaking with the Diamond guys at the Vegas BCA tournament 2 years ago and I was impressed at what lengths they had gone to determine what color would provide the best play. They were very scientific in their approach and it has paid off. From the first time I had a chance to play on one of their tables I have liked the color of the cloth. I believe it just makes everthing easier to see.

Last year the BCA of Texas state championships were held in Killeen TX at the convention center there. There were no table lights, only the lights that were on the ceiling some 30 or so feet above. It was the first time that our team did not have to immediately run to the tables for our next match just so we could get some time in on those tables. Every table in the house played the same, all 60 or more of them. I was never in a situation that I felt that I needed more light.

Thanks Diamond Tables for both the special blue cloth and the Diamond Smart Table. Big Hits!!
