Pool Bloopers!

Yeah and Jimmy was trying to be his smooth self too and then that happens,he probably was red like a tomato! :grin:
 
Funny And A Bit Weird

Several years ago I ran down to the 8 and during my practice stroke the guy I was playing (Jim) "slapped" the back of my cue and it went flying over to the next table.

The weird part is, the gal (Jill) on another table had just broke and while the balls were still rolling my cue struck her 8 and drilled it in the side pocket. She said, "What is the ruling on that" while giving me one of these: :shrug: She further joked: "I guess you lose and I win -- you called the wrong pocket and my eight went on the break". We all had a laugh over that and had a heck of a time, based on how fast everyone "thought" the 8 was rolling, where the spot was. :)
 
I have no footage

Unfortunately there probably isn't a lot of footage out there. This stuff is funny though. I was walking around a table once and got my pants caught on a metal pocket and almost ripped them off of me. It was funny and the best part was the owner wanted to replace them. Once I was stretched to the max reaching for a shot and had on shoes that were not gripping the floor well and slipped and caught the family jewels on the pocket. It hurt. Has this happened to anybody else?
