Pool Dreams

I dream about pool every night. Really don't remember the dream in the morning but I wake up in the middle of the night after one of these dreams. Does this ever happen to any of you guys or am I finally losing it? Ha.

just had a pool dream this past sunday night, my cue tip somehow got wet and was coming off and I was in some sort of match at the time! :banghead:

I used to get them all the time, mostly during the first three or four years I was playing hard (6 hours every day)...but most of my dreams, including the ones I still have are usually me leaving my pool cue somewhere in a pool room and losing it...wandering around frantically looking for it. I find it in the end, it's usually a warped Meucci instead of my custom. I wake up and actually go down and look at my cue...:sorry:

I have pool dreams all the time but they usually are crazy. I am playing outside or we are playing in water. I have been in a thousand pool rooms and I sometimes recognize the pool room from the dream.

People come in and out of the dream sometimes or actually change into someone else. I don't remember having an actual dream of just playing pool It is usually something crazy. But I do dream about pool a lot.

I have that same dream a lot of losing things and frantically looking for them. It must mean something.

I am not alone!!! WHEW!!! It first started happening to me when I started learning to play 3 cushion billiards. I would dream of big runs and different layouts. Then the same thing with one-pocket. I was reading every book I could find and watching videos all the time. I figured it was because I was so intent on learning that it took over my mind while I was asleep.

Then I started watching porn. Guess what happened then? Yep you guess it! Strip pool 9 ball ring game at the State Prison with 3 big bubbas and me. I lose every game. Uggghhh!

Then again it may also mean you're losing it. :thumbup:

Thanks a lot for adding legitimacy to my wife's contention that I am losing it. lol. But seriously a pool dream wakes me every night. They aren't bad dreams. I'm just shooting balls.

Nah ... No Pool Dreams. At my age, I just have Dry Dreams and Wet Farts.
