Pool Tattoos

Your right Jay, those things hurt way back when. The machine they used on me(40 yrs ago, I have 6 tats) was 6 needles going up and down at various times and speed. It was not like they were punturing the skin it was as though they were ripping the skin, and this guy just kept on like my arm was a coloring book. The color on them is still quite noticable after all this time. I think you should do the nine-ball thing on your back. :D :D

they still use 6 needles for shading,

i have 2 tattoos, i never have regretted either of them but i did my homework on the artist etc. got one in 94 and 05, the one in 05 is the Lamborghini Bull on my back, i fell sound asleep for the hour it took to do it, the guy asked me when i woke up if i suffered from chronic pain-i said yeah, how did you know? he replied "most peope with chronic pain fall asleep when getting tattooed because you get a big dopimine relaese fromn the needles and your pain goes away and you get sleeepy" he was right, i have know him since 94-smart guy.

No frkin' way!

Way. BOY did it hurt. As a matter of fact, the first line the guy drew was for the long-rail of the pool table - which is a LITTLE crooked because I wasn't ready for the PAIN!

Not trying to sound like a puss, but it felt like he was carving a pumpkin with a straight-razor--- except I was the pumpkin.

I hate it now, like others probably hate theirs, but I'll never remove it. Whenever I feel like "GOING-OFF" at poker, dice or pool... I look down and check it out and everything becomes clear: you win by not going-off to begin with.

Many years ago, when they still posted "wanted" posters in post offices, I noticed that tattoos were always mentioned in the descriptions.

Wishing to keep my career in crime option open, I decided right then that there would be no tattoos for me. ;)

ROTFLMAO!!!!! That's funny! tap tap.

Cost me about $10.00 for two tattoos (one on each forearm in 1958) when I was 15 years old and a helluva lot more to have them removed in 1968.

If your gonna get a tattoo have your wallet tattooed. You and your friends can admire it and you can easily dispose of it when your it tuns to mush.

Yeah, I know, didn't work with my kids either, but it still the best idea. You get a cool tattoo when everyone else does and you can see it a whole lot better.
Incidentally, they've just introduced a new tattoo ink that supposedly only requires one laser treatment to remove.

I have the devil wearing a tuxedo and top hat playing pool on a crumbling pool table with flames in the background with the 4 Aces in front of the flames, with dice hanging off his cue>>>> on my right calf. Signifies the 3 things I lose money at :)

Dave

We need a pic of that!
