Post Bigfoot updates here

That was some of sickest pool playing I've seen in that last match from Shane. That 10 ft table is an absolute beast and SVB tamed it. Incredible to watch.

Sorry haven't been paying much attention:( ...

Can someone please direct me to the Bigfoot brackets? Are there any? I didn't find them on any of the DCC stories on the main page.

TY.

I can imagine how hard it is to commentate and Deliberto is a respected player etc and this is as polite as I can be. It's brutal at times. In second to last game he says "watch out for the 5!" Ignacio was a full foot from getting behind the 5.
I can appreciate what you're saying here. Deliberto's days are over and he just doesn't know it.
I'd like to hear him commentate just ONE match where he doesn't get off into one of his "boxing routines" and "who was a boxer and who got knocked out", and "what we used to say in the ring" etc.etc.etc.
For crying out loud, that's been 50 years ago...nobody cares.
It's boring and I throw his ass on mute the second he starts with that stuff. He gets worse and worse.
That's my opinion.

Please google 'color commentator'

pt.....DD biased

I think Danny is having a problem seeing correctly, either via his personal eye correction or inadequate monitor feedback. He gets defensive when he makes an analysis of what he perceives and then has to backtrack to make a correction or just plows ahead trying to save face.If he could see better,I don't think he would lose his place.

Danny is good and deserves to be there.I like him.

I'll agree with the "eye" problem. I don't know if it is him, their monitors, the color of the balls, where they are sitting or WHAT, but he seems to get the ball confused a lot and then has to backtrack. The color of some balls kind of fool me, but I assume his view on his monitor is at least as good as mine is...so I can't understand how he gets mixed up so often.

He was good. The last few years he has declined greatly. Anybody should be able to see and admit that. This last match of SVB v Alex I had to basically turn the volume off. Wilson's teaching style of commentating gets old and his condescending remarks about the fans not clapping are rude, but even that was 20 times better than Danny D's commentating.

Have any of you seen where the commentators are seated? They're 40-50 ft away, 2 1/2 stories above watching a tiny monitor. While Danny many times can't get the balls right, he's not the only one. And yes he sometimes rambles on but I say leave him the hell alone. He's one of our treasures. I wonder how many of you will be as astute at his advanced age? Personally, I think Grady & Billy were the best

Here's where they are relative to the table. They of course have monitors.

Wow, Mark just said Shane plays with a 24oz. cue (and 63 inches long). I had no idea he played with a cue that heavy.

I'm guessing it's a much more normal weight (and obviously length) without the optional extension. Not sure what the extension weigh but I bet it's adding a few oz.
