Hi, was talking with Eric Crisp and on the topic of windowed szams, can you post good closeups of the buttsleeve of your windowed Gus and Barry.

Let me...

Let me be honest and admit my naivete' with respect to how Gus did the windows, I always thought they were inlays as I have not had the chance to actually own/hold one. Until my conversation yesterday I did not know the windows were spliced/large billet rings in a sense...learn something new everyday! I guess that is a testament to how good he was, that I never noticed the joint lines until I was actually looking for them!

If anyone has a good macro lens, would like to see some really close shots!
