Very nice cue Jim, my next Skip (in the works) will be similar.

I can't tell from the pics but is there MOP circle inlays in the Bushka ring?

-Roger

Yes Roger, very observant, classy ebony/maple Bushka ring with pearl dots set in ebony.

i love skips work but the only thing i would like to see done different is i think, asthetically wise, the bottom of the cue should be milled deeper so that the bumper sits in more kind of like tascarella, szamboti, showman ect... you have to make sure to leave a little room on the sides though or the first time you get pissed and slam the bumper on the ground the cap will shatter. been there done that. :(

Yeah, I looked @ that Titlist quite a few times before I opted to just have Skip build me something of my own....I was sorely tempted tho'! ;)

I think Joe must be one of THE best keeper of secrets going. I am betting the answer will be a simple "yes" or "no".

That's ok. Can't blame us for lack of trying.

I have to be honest. I haven't been to Skips in a LONG time. I was supposed to go over and purchase a little boat from him and will do so in a few weeks. I haven't been buying much lately and trying to get caught up with my own business.

Thanks for the reply Joe.

Looking forward to meeting you at the SBE.

The cue is absolutely gorgeous, those veneers are f'ing unbelievable (that's how strongly I feel about the cue, strongly enough to get banned for it, lol).

No offense Sean but Zeeder's photos of that cue really zings it up, perhaps he could post them again here.

this is IMHO a perfect cue as far as design coposition.

I agree. I really wish I didn't have to sell it, but I know Sean was glad to get it back!
