That's right! I had forgotten that you were the guy I waited on for what seemed like forever!! ;) Seriously though, I do love the cue. I have never held anything in my hands, to date, that can come close to how well this cue plays. It's like an old friend.
But you have done alright for yourself. You have cues that I would love to have.

Lisa

It's possible that I wouldn't have the cues I have now had I actually bought that cue...lol. That cue could have satisfied all my desires for cues and I wouldn't have ordered any cues past that point...lol.

Not very probable but possible...lol

SC,
Thats another one of my fave's. I saw it from the get go and when it was shipped to Sean. Thats a rare 5 veneer cue and the inlays and pattern are Bushkaesque.

crawdaddy,

did you buy that on ebay maybe 4-5 months ago.i think that is my old skip.man that cue hit good.it has the 3/4" ivory ferrule and an old yellow micarta on the other shaft.shortening those ivory ferrules is the key.anyway i think that is it,hope you are enjoying it if it is.

Yup, shore is. It's a great cue, plays sweetly. Thanks for the hookup. I am going to go out and enjoy it right now....................

Skip I used to have:

Here is a Skip that I used to own. I hope the new owner doesn't mind me posting the pictures here. Although after all of the threads about photograph copywrites I guess since they're my pics I can do what I please with them...lol.

Here's my Skip:
That's gorgeous. I love that classic look, and Skip apparently does it very well. At the more ornate end of classic, SCCues' is a knockout too.

Zeeder - I saw that cue at Skip's shop last year and just fell in love with it. It was still in the early stages, sans wrap, but it was sweet. I really should have jumped on it right off.

Yeah, I also fell in love with that cue when it was on classiccues.com! I sold my Gilbert for it because I had to have it...lol. I later leveraged it to get my ebony, cocobolo and snakewood skip. I still sometimes wish I had the cue but oh well. I used the tiffany ivory diamonds from that cue in my new one!

Finally, my two skips...

photos are huge, cropped down to fit.

Thank you griffin, you have a nice one yourself.

I have a 3rd in the works, with a steel joint and a very traditional look. Wait till I take and post some pictures of my friend's skip, the inlay work is second to none.

I concur! Great looking cues Buddha! I still can't help but smile and feel all warm and fuzzy inside when I pull my cue out of the case...lol.
