But, I was playing with Professor Q Ball today (read: "getting lessons from...") over at his house and I was playing pretty well at first. I had 6 points in 4 innings, a good average he noted. I missed twice. So, 6 points in 6 innings. Still pretty good. Missed a few more times. Pretty soon it's 6 points in about 14 innings. Man this game's hard.
I told Ira Lee I'm taking up 3c instead of just trick shots. He said, "be prepared to miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, make a point, miss miss miss miss miss miss, get close, miss..." etc. He's so right. I'll get there though.

I'm only at an eight in practice and a seven in a game.

I'm thinking I recognize you from your YouTube videos as a guy I saw warming up at the George's USBA tournament a few weeks ago on Sunday. If so, I'd have liked to seen you play but had to leave early. From what I saw I definitely believe the high runs you're talking about.

You don't need the diamond system with a 2.75 average. You should be playing all the World Cup Games and certainly the US National championships. The USBA is looking for 2.75 players.VietSoClassic said:My average is 2.75 LOL. I think that's good. (.75 is im always close to hitting the second ball by 1inche)
Highest run is 8 (last 4 shots were the same since the red ball was at the corner and had to go three rails over and over)
Played... Started to try March 2007 and willing to learn May 2007
I am still learning the diamond system and it helps me alot when someone plays safe on me in 9-ball.
Does anyone know the technique of the diamond system or a link
ex. 3rd diamond - 1st diamond = hit 2nd diamond.
