I finally got in touch with the seller today who says he has been too busy to ship...
If you paid using paypal, you also have the sellers information have you tried to contact them directly? If not I would do so, and then wait a couple of days. If there is no contact then contact paypal and they will give you the individuals phone number so that you can call them. If that doesn't work paypal will take care of it, along with your bank.
Did you make your payment direct from your bank (E-Check) or from a listed credit card. If the payment was made by credit card or with paypal buyer credit the banks will go after the individual and they will shut down the persons account. In most cases they will just refund your money.
