Potentially inappropriate thread, but I am curious

Why more men don't pretend to be transgendered and enter regional (JPNEWT or whateve) tours. Gotta be honest, and I'm not downing the women here so please don't think that. But from my observation most of them on these smaller local tours seem to be B+, maybe some of the better ones low A on a good day. You put me in a dress and I'm walking away with the cash in most of these tournaments most of the time. I'm curious if there are rules about this. Like if you are truly transgendered, like I've read about Rhea on here, more power to you. I'm not transphobic or anything. If that's really the case and you are truly transgendered, then fine. But if you are just a dirtbag that is willing to shave and put on traditionally female clothing and enter these tournaments every week, then why doesn't this happen all the time? Pool players not being known as typical moral types is all I'm saying....

It always starts with curiosity.
Perhaps it was just supposed to be a fishing trip.

Where are the lines drawn? I know they cant tell me im not a women. Im gonna e mail my league rep right now and see what they say lol.

I've already seen stories where transgender boys and men have won wrestling matches or body building competitions . How is this a good thing lol

A whole new wardrobe? Wouldn't that eat into your tourn. winnings? Add to that hair, make-up,etc. Really, what were you thinking? :grin-square:

I'm not going to dress as a girl to play in a pool tournament.

I only do that when going to parent/teacher meetings for my kids.

The funny part is that we do have someone here that was/is a man, is now a woman, but dates women. Which would make them a straight man or a gay woman that is a man, which is a man? I get confused.

I think he is saying it hasn't happened, because she sucks, as in she can't win because she's not good enough.
Who knows, maybe I read it wrong

The issue is that a mid-level male player (say a high B or low A) would be almost a killer on the Women's tour, beating all but the top 2-3-4 women, especially if someone like Corr does not play in a particular event. This is why the top women are so dominant, if one can play at an A level, she is god on tour. Most of the field is C+ to B+ players. Since quite a few men are B+ or higher players that play the local tours, any of them could easily be in the top 4 in any women's event I have seen in the US. Get a so-so guy saying he feels like a woman and you have easy money.

A 3 dressed up as a 9...

I participate in a Gay Pool League although I am not Gay.

I've worn this ironic "Straight" t-shirt and some do not get the gag (no pun).

Know the problem with fighting a girl?

If you win, you are an A$$hole

If you lose, you are an A$$hole who got beaten by a girl.
