I highly recommend redoubling your efforts to get this done sooner than 2 weeks prior to xmas though. The postal service slows down to a crawl around that time of year, and you'll get stuck with a million emails from people who ordered at the last minute and want to complain that their purchase didnt arrive by xmas day.
I actually had a guy buy Mika DVDs on xmas-eve last year, and then file a Paypal dispute against me xmas morning when his DVDs did not arrive in time. I'm not kidding either. lol
Anyway, keep it coming. Looking great!

That is pretty bad to the bone
I am hoping to have a finished DVD copy in my hands by Dec. 1st as I am meeting with the editor tonight to give him the hard drive with all the footage and the time line for his editing. I really hope it does well after all the time and money invested into it.
I know I could have put something out in a week like some of the videos I saw that were made quickly. We could have done that and made a couple bucks but for me and Scott it was not about the money but we wanted to create something different and powerful with longevity. We want people out there to go to this DVD not once and throw it aside but to go back to it as their one pocket evolves and they become better players, kind of like the great Eddie Robin's and his one pocket books.
Scott was not keen on doing an instructional and it almost never happened but when he was asked by so many of you out on the tournament trail such as DCC, he realized the fans were eager for it and looking forward to it. Earlier this year he came to me and said "Lets do it." after all the people who came to him at Derby among other places. I very well might make it to DCC this year but will most certainly have copies available and try to organize something with Scott in the AZ Billiards/OnePocket.org room for the fans to get autographs and pictures with him.
Power One Pocket was just an idea on paper and we put it out there to people to generate interest and were overwhelmed by the response. We get phone calls at the pool room, I am emailed or messaged on here when its going to be coming out and Scott is asked everywhere he goes about when its going to be out. We have had some setbacks with Scott being on the road, one editor down who had some family emergencies, late night shooting of 3am-6am at Kolby's and countless other things but that is life.
I just hope those who get it, really appreciate our efforts and understand that we did not have a big budget and studio to do it in but it gives it character and a really cool dark feel to it but what's most important is the content in it. The content is around 2 hours of fast paced one pocket instruction clear and to the point.
We did not milk it and if we wanted to we could make 3 DVDs out of all the footage but we can fit 2 hours on 1 disc instead of putting it on 2-3 and making more money off of you guys. We want it to be the best money you have spent on a DVD which is sure to make you improve your game and learn something.
With the bonus features of the road stories and shot stories it is sure to be entertaining as well as instructional. I appreciate everyone being patient but we did not want to rush it and release it prematurely just to make some money and have some unhappy one pocket players. You will learn things you do not know and see some shots you might have never seen before by the best one pocket player in the world right now.
