OK here is what to do.

Empty cart totally, make sure no pending, cancel any pending.

Then log out and then start clean, pick pass, login, buy

Some might have to clear cookies/cache also then start over

Same thing for me. Been trying all day

I had to disable my auto login in my paypal settings, then log out. Once I logged out I went back into the link to pay and it gave me the option to pay with a card instead of only log in. Took me a while to figure out, it's definitely different than it normally is.

So are we just screwed on the $24.95 price since paypal was down? I hate to be pedantic, but it wasn't my fault paypal was toast. It wasn't just me, there was another user having the exact problem I did. I checked about 6 times yesterday and it just didn't work.
