I see you posted your internet speed. That's one of many things on your end that can cause bad video. If you had more than about 15 minutes of skippy I would give Helpdesk a buzz and see if they can help figure it out.

I was not able to loop the video because I was forced to switch to my phone hotspot for the stream.

Yes Chris I have the same issue. Says "Payment Pending -- No access" despite paypal sending me a confirmation receipt.
