Are you claiming aerodynamics aren't a factor when racking pool balls?!Aerorack is a more fluff than substance. the Delta 13 or Rasson Method racks are considerably better made.
I have one. I use it for 8 ball, but for 9 ball I just go with the magic rack. The good part about it is that it's big enough that you can get the balls tight and still have plenty of room to push it forward and up without hitting any balls. The bad part is, if you're a straight pool player, it's HUGE around the sides.I'm thinking about buying a Predator Aerorack but have not seen many reviews for it. Looking for opinions -good or bad - from anyone who has used one. Thanks
I have the plastic diamond too and it quickly became my favorite triangle.Works OK, but my Diamond Plastic rack works just as well. I like it for 8 ball and really dislike it for 9-ball. But then again for 9 ball I prefer a template rack, specifically the Outsville Accurack.
Coz the template gives false proficiency readings!Still find it surprising any home gamer bothers with racks anymore. Template or why bother imo.
But I guess if it's all you own and you want to satisfy the 14.1 purists. Then you have to draw that odd shape on your table with a sharpie...lol
That rack is too thick for 14.1, I bought one of the $20 thinner racks, and it works perfectly for straight pool-I have the plastic diamond too and it quickly became my favorite triangle.
I just got the Accurack templates from Outsville, I understand they were invented by a guy here on AZ Billiards, I could be wrong, they are the best racking tool in MHO, after seeing so much on the pro tours on TV it took no time to learn how to use them, tried them out for the first time last night, they really do work, there are some other products like table savers ect. designed to help you protect your cloth.Still find it surprising any home gamer bothers with racks anymore. Template or why bother imo.

some approved your reply, so I'm sure I'm something. How does a template do what you claim..?Coz the template gives false proficiency readings!
