Predator Puerto Rico Open (10 Ball), 7-11 Nov, Men’s Champion $37.5K, Women’s Champion $22.5K

Time? There was a 3 foul in rack 1 second set everybody missed. Unless I missed the rule.
What makes you think that? Pagulayan fouled twice in a row in that game, but his visit before the two fouls was a jump shot hitting the 1-ball without fouling and his visit after the two fouls was a miss on the 4-ball without fouling. He did foul a third time, but it was after many more visits, so not 3 in a row.

K. That's what I was wondering. Thanks.

Love him or hate him, Mika is in rare form against Steyer (who is not playing well).

It's currently 4-0; 3-0 Mika.

It's all over now baby blue: 4-0; 4-1 Mika.

Rough.

I know Mika can get cranky and is sometimes a poor sport- but I like watching him play overall- great shot-maker and fast shooter. Seems like he is a decent guy as well when not competing

just looking what's going on between the four rails it's a very attractive style of pool. and he does have these matches quite often, only not as consistent throughout tournaments as he was in his prime

I'd like to see Mika win a big one again. He is hungry. I wonder why he took some time off from the game, it seemed about 10 years from regular tour traveling competition, before really starting again about 2 years ago.

I wonder if Earl is the player who took the least time off throughout all his years. Archer I felt retired 10 years too early, he still had a lot of game in him, IMO. These guys were all Efren and Busty speed. Those two were winning all-arounds at the DCC in their 50's.

Draw for Last 32 Single Elimination (Best of 3 sets)
Last 32 at 8pm and last 16 at 10pm
Top half has 8x800+ and much tougher than bottom half which has 5x800+

Likely mega matchups in last 16
Gorst v Biado
SVB v Filler
FSR v Chang Jung Lin

I think Archer got road weary and couldn't make enough money- in his 40s pool was kind of in shambles

Yeah, good point. 15-10 years ago pool was about dead. Come to think of it, Mika stopped/slowed down about the same time. Maybe the lack of events did them both in.

I feel very stupid, I can't figure out how this scoreboard works. I've watched the predator events before, and they didn't look like this.

Wait, something is still off. In the Mika Tyler match, they had the full scores on there, as I recall Mika won 4-0 and 4-1. Why would they change the scoreboard format mid day?

Why is Yapp flagless?
I'm guessing it's because his continental confederation (ACBS?) got mad at Singapore for hosting a Matchroom-produced event and refused to sponsor/acknowledge him as a representative. Then the BCA decided to let him play anyway because he plays pretty good, and they do not agree with the ban.
