Price for 9' Gold Crown 4?

I bought a used GC4 not long ago, it was in good condition and the plates were well finished and bright.

If you find a closing pool hall thats how you get a cheap one like me, I bought mine for approx $1700 with movement + installation + new cloth + lights too, balls were worn out so I threw them, I had to buy new balls aramith tournament cost me $300.

So in a sense, I bought a GC 4 + movement service + installation + new cloth and lights, with new balls that I bought from a store for total of $2000, thats a steal.

I should add it's drop pocket, no ball return. But I agree, when it has the Tourney Blue cloth it's gonna be sweet. Should be setup this week, fingers crossed.

I also have to add I put another good chunk of $$$ into the table with two sets of balls (Cyclop Ladon and Arcos 2), new cloth with install (860HR) and had Mark Gregory redo the subrails and extend the pockets to 4.5" and rework the angles with new Superspeed rubber.

Probably could've bought a used Blue Label by now, but this should play lights out once it's setup.

My GC4 in Hi Tech (Piano) Black came from $Bill aka Hemicudas about 15 years ago for $2000. I later added the ball return for $400.

I’d say in today’s market that price is still about right.
