Pro Cut Pockets

I've seen this advertised regarding Diamond tables. I believe what I saw said 4.5" Pro Cut Pockets.

What exactly does "Pro Cut Pockets" mean?
Don't know what it means, but of the scores of Diamond tables I've played, I've never seen 4.75" league cut pockets.

And am quite pleased about it.

Your statement is untrue. If you hit a ball break speed down the rail and directly into the facing the ball drops on a Diamond table. It will not rattle.
Not on the 9' (oval) Blue label Diamonds I play on. If I hit the facing too far out at medium-fast speed, the ball will rattle. At fast speed, the ball has to skim the long rail for the ball to drop.

As for shelf depth, there are balls that can hang on the edge of the shelf that you cannot reach hitting rail first from any direction.

I've often wondered why the patently hit full ball and draw away fro the area. Can't they go tit first and spin away? If the ball is that deep it cant hang right?
