Horrible Transaction With Painpool. Long story short. (kinda) I was promised on 3 different occasion that he could refinish my Espiritu and save the signature, with the process taking a total of 10 days tops. He gets the cue, sands off the signature and date in the first pass, waits half a week to inform me by saying; ...I don't think it's a big deal . I would get a letter and finish the darn thing. I can sign the cue underneath the handle and that pictured or you sying it's signed underneath should be fine. It's a less expensive cue anyway."(its a $1500 cue..:rolleyes: ) Then goes on to say; "..I can get the marker and my wife can stidy his signature and get it right. Remember I can continue to wipe it off until it's right. Shes good at that stuff. Aaron tells me it will take a extra 5 days for him to send the cue to Russ and get it back, to which I say fine. A week later he tells me he still has the cue and cannot get into contact with Mr. Espiritu. I call and arrange for the cue to be signed and inform Aaron to send out the cue. 2 weeks ago I was told it was being sprayed and would take 4 more days. Last Tuesday I called and was promised it would be out no later then Thursday, told today it was shipped this morning... I sent this cue out August 2nd, I know it was received the 4th. 45 days later and still no clue where my cue is. There's tons more and I have saved all the PMs to back up everything Ive stated. Like the one where he said he was going to take a razor blade to my cue and "sharpen" the inlays!!? WTF If I was to post all 48 PMs I assure that there would be some jaw dropping at the things that where said.:(
