I looked at the game videos/DVDs offered by Accu-Stats in their 2015 catalog. After going through their catalog a few times I noticed there wasn't one match, not one single match, between female players. What's going on? What am I missing?

I've done extensive research that somewhat relates to the point that the OP is attempting to make. I don't think that it is so much that pool is not for women as it is that most women don't do as well in head to head competitions as men. I'm don't want to come off as misogynistic, but there have been countless studies that prove men are better at competing at things that don't inherently favor one sex over the other. Whether it be pool, chess, poker, trivia questions, etc. Simply competing head to head usually favors the male competitor (usually, definitely not always).
Men and women just have different traits and characteristics.
Just not a lot of women play pool. A very small percentage of "serious" players are women. Women are capable of playing with the men, nothing holds them back other than numbers. Very few people on earth become top level players. Odds are in favor a man becoming a top player because the game is mostly played by men.

Didn't they say something similar about women's tennis years ago
But look how popular it is now
I am seriously how many people watching actually follow their technical skills and how strong they play. I know many watch their wardrobe, shapes, movements, struts and poses
For most of the noob spectators, the women's skills are pretty high for them anyway![]()
Short skirts, bouncing around and grunting, what's not to like?
I don't remember a lot of women's pro matches but I do remember the time some girl was playing a few tables from me in a short skirt and did not seem to mind that her underwear was in full view when she bent over.
Men's pool is for men, but Women's pool is also for men![]()
