Do you realize that to draw a propeller, you only need to plot 5 points?
Print out a propeller that you like, measure the length and width with your calipers. Plot a fifth point in the center. Now connect all the points to the center with filets until the radius looks like you want it.
Next do a filet with the radius you want for the center where each wing meets and you're done. If you're using a .0313 cutter, do a .0156 fillet where each wing meets. I usually make mine with a radius of .005, but then the centers are very weak and it takes a few other tricks to get them into the cue.
It only takes two or three minutes. The testing is what takes all of the time.

I told you how to draw it. That should be more valuable than just copying a file.

Then (if you're using Bobcad), select Arc > Filet from the Menu at the top
Choose your radius and connect the top and bottom points to the center. You might have to play around to find the radius you want to use.
Change the Radius to connect the Left and Right Points to the Center
Change your radius to the radius of the cutter you are going to use for your clean up pass. Connect the Tops to the sides. This will create a radius and remove the excess in the center.
Remove the points you drew at the beginning and you are done, unless you want to radius the tops and sides.

That's the problem with the internet and certain types of people, they want it spoon fed and delivered so they can look like a cuemaker................

I have no issues with small cnc inlays in traditional applications. I mean really, I taught Cad for God sake.
