No it will never stop.

To answer your original question, I don’t think pros care about the felt. They have played terrible tables. They have played the best tables on the planet. With new felt and old felt. Pros are pros because they can play on anything anywhere at anytime. I don’t think they are given a choice on new vs old felt. It’s kind of a horse shit post to begin with. Since no “pros” are here stating there opinions on such then I think you can officially consider the thread dead.

Length of time has nothing to do with observing a member. Nor does post counts. The fact that you have so many makes me question your home life. But, hey who am I to tell someone with such integrity that a high post count might actually be pathetic.

Thanks for intervening here. And you and Mr. Wilson need to clean up AZB Forums. Too much horsesh~t goes on. Too many threads being hijacked, too many people turning threads into a joke and then it spirals out of control. If you want AZB to continue to thrive I suggest getting another Moderator to help you and Mr. Wilson since I know you guys are busy men. Get a Mod that can spend a significant amount of time here on AZB to help stop this crap.

It really honks posters when they post, looking for info, advice, opinions, comments, etc, and other posters just turn it into a joke.

Thanks for the note. I try to rely on reported posts to know what needs attention, as I don't read all of the threads. One problem though, is that a lot of people take the "I don't need to report this, I can stick up for myself and just bash the poster" approach. That leads to problems.

I do agree that another mod or two is not a bad idea. We have talked about it here before, and I didn't pull the trigger on it. I will put it back on my list.

He's 100% oblivious to the fact that his very own threads are the crux of all this consternation. Also, his threads are so redundant, self serving, and of absolutely no interest to anyone, since a quick google search will answer most all of them.

He simply enjoys the attention and blames the other forum members because they're fed up with his games.

Dcp and I will handle additional modding duties. A weeks training at the Wilson compound should be sufficient. :eek:

Semi-on topic. I’ve wondered about how unique day 1 clothe plays. It’s a weird scenario because few people will get consistent and prolonged exposure to learn its idiosyncrasies. It’s treated as if its “perfect playing conditions” when really it’s a handicap to adapt to. I wonder if any manufacturers have sought to make clothe that plays fast on day 1 but otherwise doesn’t slide as much.
