ANYWAY, IMHO Sniper tips are the NUTS. They are simply the best tip I have ever used and YES I have them on all of my cues.

I'm borrowing someones stick and we just put a Sniper on it and I love it. Its a Jerry Olivier with a 314 shaft. Shoots very well IMO. I think I like it better than Moori's so far.
Oh I love it now, but have only shot with it twice in the past week so far so I'm still new to it. I think I will like it though. It doesnt feel like a medium to me (feels softer) but of course I've never shot with a 3/8 pin until now and never shot a 314 until now either. I cant remember what tip he had on it first, but this one feels much better. I was generally a Moori Soft guy (want to try a Medium, and will be on my custom when I get it in) but this Sniper seems to outperform it by a mile (but of course my Moori Soft is on a whippy Meucci predot shaft). But it was well worth the money IMO!

I just installed one for Ken the "Farmer", who shoots pro speed pool. He shoots with an ivory ferruled Skip Weston cue. He can't believe how good it feels. Says the control is fantastic, English transfer to the object ball is perfect, contolling "whitey" is a dream. He can't wait 'til I change the tip on his other shaft!

I use a Sniper on my OB-1 and love it. I also use it in my Tiger X Shaft and my Viking cue.
To me the tip is verry important and using a Sniper on all my cues/shafts (Which I use different ones for different games) offers me a level of consistency to rely upon.

I've been playing with an OB1 with a Sniper tip for about 2 weeks and it feels beter each time that I play. I bought a partial OB1 and had my cuemaker match up the collar to match my cue's rings and had him install the Sniper at the same time. You'll love it!
