Who is the biggest gambler in pool? I'm talking in general (big money, most often etc.)

Pros that don't gamble:Tommy Kennedy/Earl Strickland/Mark Tadd/Mike Massey/George Breedlove/Karen Corr/Dick Lane

Shortstops that gamble:Walt Frazier/Walt"Clyde"Frazier/Walt"The Locksmith"Frazier/Walt"Mr.Incognito"Frazier/Walt"Who Dat"Frazier.....I think you get the picture AZ

walt i can promise you that mark tadd and george breedlove both used to bet it up high in the 90's. tadd was one of the top 3 or 4 9ball players in the world for the cash.

I know all about Mark Tadd and yes he was one of the best money players on the west coast at one time..BUT..This thread is about players that currently gamble or don't gamble..and currently ,neither Mark or George Gambles..

Btw,if you want to include guys that "use to" gamble ,you must mention Earl Strickland;He was ferocious for the cash!

Yeah yeah yeah.. Mark Tadd doesn't gamble. All his sanctimonious preaching aside, I bet if his family needs some money, Mark will be out there clubbing guppies with the best of them.

Ida know.. It just sorta seems like the type of guy he is. Has plenty of "moral conviction" when things are going his way, but he might "get dirty" if he really needs to.

Allright now Walt, you yourself stated that you are a locksmith. That's not gambling. That is stealing. Gambling is when it's close to even odds. Blackjack is gambling. Playing a player with five balls the best of it isn't gambling. It's "making money the American way. Having more information than your competition."

JCIN he is dead wrong,, At the derby just this past Jan, i sweated George giving the 9 ball playing 10 ball to liljon and George lost. He played bad and liljon played real good. And also 2 years ago i saw Dick Lane playing 9 ball for money at the derby it was in fact the last derby he has been too.

I was sweating the same match right next to Jeanette. George still plays for money when the opportunity presents itself. That particular night he just ran a little bad. Happens to the best of 'em.

The blond lady walked up to Jeanette and told her that her son was a big fan and could Jeanette sign an autograph. Not only did the kid get his autograph he got a hug. All this while her husband is in the middle of an action match. Jeanette rocks.
