Push to You---whats the shot

I will play for anything that anybody wants to if they bank the one straight back to the corner. WAY too many things could go wrong if you miss. JMHO... but it is a very good opinion

MOST pros i know would do the cut safe behind the 2 + 3 without a doubt. Im sure there are more was to play safe here but if your playing a runout player i would advise doing the cut safe... Free advice isnt cheap you know

The thinning the 1 safety looks great, but I wouldn't hide the 1 behind those other balls. If you do that and the 1 caroms off the 3 into the hole, now you are jumping to make the 2 and you have to sink it to stay alive.

I would thin the 1, but leave it on the same side of the 3 and near the rail.

Also, this leaves you better if you get ball in hand. Nothing worse than a BIH you can't run from.

Was thinking this scenerio aswell... Funny but the Perk man here is notorious for fluking in balls on safe shots  Arent ya big boy?? :thumbup2: At least he did at the SBE!!

1. Quoted for prosperity. Thats a lotta balls on the table, Mr.

2. I think the 'pro' safe is actually leaving the 1b near the 2/ 3 and bringing CB back to behind 5/6/7/8/9.

Thats what i said or meant... I typed CUT SAFE, as in, referering to the 1b... Forgot to type in 1b.. Sorry for the confusion  :)

I see... Ill still play ya if you one rail it towards that corner pocket... Just saying ;)

high percentage two way shot. Long bank it to make it. Pocket speed on 9-ball. If you make it you have shape on two-ball. Miss it and you have high chance of leaving your opponent, safe or with a difficult shot.

FOB!
At least the pit was kind to me.

go for it

i think this exact shot came up in the svb vs alex match for 10K the precursor to their race to 100 match. svb banked the one back, went off the back rail and caromed into the (3 or 5 i can't tell the color) and wound up behind the two for position, or safety if he missed the bank, he of course made it though.
