Putting Education on the Table

The big obstacle to pool tables in schools is the student to table ratio and the amount of space tables take up. If a high number of kids can’t be engaged concurrently it will not happen.
That's on the MFGers to develop and market <portable> equipment. It's not grand pianos, it's _<tables>_. Does NASA have a phone number? geez...
 
Kind of a sadness on the edge of your words. Something serious must of happened.
It wasn’t a single event. I was a teacher for 22 years and it was a slow year over year erosion of an environment that allowed me to do my job and maintain a productive structure. It’s not a good time in our culture to work with youth in any capacity.

Portable tables are the only real answer. Problem is when I looked in to them they are mostly sold in Australia without a North American supplier. Purist would scoff at the idea of a portable table but you would have to be willing to go this route if you want it to happen on a campus.
