yes JAM, you're completely right. Brits and all other weird foreigners are bad. Americans are awesome, USA ALL THE WAY yihaaaaaa.

I like American cheeseburgers -- but using bison. Queso fresco on a burger is actually very tasty. Habaneros (grown-up version of jalapenos
) can be added for "flavor" but are not necessary.Six- or seven-inch wide Portobello mushroom caps also make a tasty "burger" -- especially if grilled.
