Okay, this may be a stupid question, but here goes. I just moved houses and reclothed my table, from green to Championship tour edition in gold. I'm using the tan master's chalk with it. Here's my question- when I play in league it's on standard Valley bar tables with green cloth. I'm constantly going back and forth from putting on tan/gold chalk at home and then blue at the bar during league. It's not a huge deal, but I don't want blue chalk on my gold cloth at home. I'm a little less concerned about getting my tan chalk on the bar tables, as they're not kept up that well to start with.
I know this isn't a huge issue, but for those of you who have something other than blue or green cloth at home, and play out a lot, what do you do? Use different cues to play out? Keep going back and forth between the chalks and getting the wrong color chalk onto your home cloth? I guess I could just use my tan chalk in the bar, but would feel like kind of a jerk.
Thanks for the input,
David
