Well since we are asking cue dealer questions I would like to ask this. I am not talking ebay sales, I am refering to sales through the forum. Would any of you ship your product before you actually recieved the money order payment. Mind you I am not talking about someone you know or someone you have dealt with before. I am talking about someone who's join date was just last month. He wanted to do a same time mailing. I respectfully declined and all of a sudden he found it cheaper

Uh, no. They don't let you drive a car off the lot without at least having a copy of your license, do they? IMO, that's disrepectful even asking for such a transaction. You were right to shy away from that.
You're correct, though, repeat customers and others with a primo and close personal reference is another story.

That is why you see the "Sold pending receipt of payment/paypal" line so much.
yeah.. there are few guys here on that i would trust.. and some of them would be from reputation only.. i never dealt with some of them.. but i KNOW i would have no problem sending them something before getting the money.. now somebody not really known or ever dealt with before would be a entirely different story..

As for sending a cue without payment for customer I don't know... That is not a practice I advise to any dealers.. Your good customers are a differnet story...

Question for Cue Dealers
Shipping is included in my High End Quality Cue sales, I charge for overnite shipping of Player cues. Many of my customers are repete buyers, and I have shipped cues as high as $18,000, to them and they will mail me payment after reciept of cue. JP
