Question: Old Meucci Cue with Name on it?

This guy walked into the bar today with a Meucci Original with a Name on the ForeArm between the wrap and joint. The name is Scott P. Duplantis. The guy said he found this cue in a rent house about 15 years ago. Does anyone know the name. If so, is he still around or where is he from. How good of a player was he. Etc.
 
Meucci, like any of the cue companies, had an option to have your name engraved somewhere on the cue...some customers took advantage of this option, and some didn't. This is nothing special, and therefore the person you mentioned is probably just an ordinary poolplayer.

Excuse me sir but you are very wrong, I have two that I had ordered with my name on it and many people have told me I'm 'special'.

Thats great then maybe I will see you at Ft. Lewis this year at the Olympics!!!!!! I never miss a the Special Olympics!!!!!!:D

I have an old Meucci cue. My name on the butt of a cue stick.... that would have been much better than the way my wife figured it.

One day when I was out playing, for two days :) my wife took the butt of my cue when I came home and implanted the name "Meucci" on MY forehead. Guess that's the reverse option. :slap:

you're lucky... she could have stuck it somewhere else:eek: Like that guy in the bar the other day.
