Radial Pin Cuemakers

I use them on my cues, I will be there. You can preview some of the cues for this years expo in the cue gallery section under the listing of 08 SBE preview. Chris.

Alex Brick has gone to a Radial Pin and the rest of the cue "ain't too shabby, neither" ...

Or ... you could just order the Radial Pin from Dale Perry, 'cause you wouldn't want his other cue parts anyway ...

wood to wood joint

Triple Cross Cues offers it but has been using wood to wood joints almost exclusively. Many with 2/8 X10TPI.
I do plan to be at VF in March come on by (lower level near ICA).

radial pins

OOPs! that's 3/8 X 10TPI in the previous message (typo error). Haven't finished my first cup of coffee yet. Sorry.

Can anybody here give me some choices or list some Current Cuemakers
that use the Unilock Radial Pin as there main joint pin. Also, if any of them
use a wood to wood joint as well it would be helpful.

If any of these makers will be at the Valley Forge Expo in March 2008
please let me know.

Thanks for the help

Paul

Why would you judge a cue by the pin? Screw it together and hit balls with it. That's the only way to tell anything. Just because it has a Radial pin does not mean that it will hit good.

Radial pin cuemakers

I, too, use the radial pin in my cues with a wood to wood joint. I will be at Valley Forge in March in booth # L16. Come by and take a look at what I have to offer.

Not sure if he'll be there but Mike Stacey uses radial pins...and it's a great cue too.

Mark uses the the Radial pin with wood to wood joint and full-splice as well.

Not only the Dieckman use wooden threads on his carom cues. He also use Radial Pin on his pool cue and a few carom cue. Mainly 3/8" x 10 threads on his Masse Cue.

Radial Pin

Did not know there was so many........Thanks for all the replys

P.S. What type of pin does Murray Tucker use anyway ????

Thanks.........Paul

I play with a Mike Webb, radial pin with wood to wood, hits amazing. I think he will be there at VF this year.

Radial Pin

Yeah, I figured that Murray Tucker must not use a Radial Pin since he
seemed negative about the Question.........

BTW.....Who is Murray Tucker I never heard of him ????????

Guess that says it all....................

Thanks............Paul

Murray Tucker is a nice guy and was/is (not sure if he still making cues) a pretty good cuemaker. Just because you've never heard of him doesn't mean anything. There are plenty of great cuemakers and other artisans that many people have never heard of before. Thats just my two cents.

P.S. Im a firm believer in giving cues a try regardless of the joint type. You may just be surprised to see what you like.
