Congratulations, Tim. That's some mighty fine shooting. Were there any really memorable shots that you had to come with along the way?

What comes to mind more than anything was that my break was just dead on last nite. I didn't use as much speed as normal, and the balls laid very nice.

I love pool today my friend.

Tim.

Keep that feeling in mind when things aren't going your way.

Not many people can sayto themselves "Why, I can't make a shot tonight."

And then be able to pull out of your back pocket, (to yourself of course) "Wait, I ran a six pack before. Of course I know how to shoot!"

Six pack? Are you kidding me? On league night? That's about as good as anybody I've ever heard of who plays on a league team.

Running a 6 pack is what I would consider *strong*. The ability to do it consistently or with break and run consistency or good safety play is short stop type capable around these parts.

Congratulations and that's a good tip Gregg!

I think I'm gonna write little things like : "I love pool today." , "I can and have broke and ran." , and other little inspirational things on small pieces of paper or card and put them literally in my back pocket where I generally keep my burnisher and extra fine 2800 grit sandpaper to look at every now and then.

This really is such a mental game.

I've also heard a lot of good things about Phil Capelle's books so I'll have to give them a good read after I get done with the 5 I already just got for Christmas.

Rep for you Gregg and thanks Tim! Keep shooting good!
