Rattasaurus - a true story

Chris, you didn't have any Meucci shaft laying around?
Bend that thing ala bird trap, you'd killed the sukker in one night if you just left hotdog on a stick as bait. :-)

We have rats the size of fire hydrants here in NYC. Sounds like one of the NYC ones paid you a little visit in your neck of the woods. I remember when I was a kid, my grandma caught one of those things in a huge cage type trap. She wasn't about to open it and let it go, so after 6 large pots of boiling water poured over it and many horrendus screams, the rat succumb and my grams emptied it out in a dumpster outside her building. Nasty.

Or it could be the world famous "Ratboy"...

I swear I saw Ratboy at a Walmart in West Virginia the other night, or maybe it was Batboy. Whoever he was he sure can eat a lot of moon pies.. :D

Chris

There are rats all over D.C. Hard to get rid of! We had an old man who lived underneath us in our last little condo (very little). He had dimensia and also had a rat hole right outside of his door. He couldn't tell the difference between the rats and the squirrels and would sit out there everyday feeding them bread. The rats and squirrels would be sitting in front of him (literally 10 squirrels and 15 rats) chomping down. The condo association set up traps to no avail. We soon moved.
