Real Balabushka owned by Willie Mosconi

Wasn't this posted just a couple of days ago?? I don't remember any mention of it being Mosconi's.

Seems fishy to me. I wouldn't buy it from someone with no previous selling record. That's for sure.

Apparently, the long time owner after Mosconi bought it from Mosconi after an exhibition. It might have been made for Mosconi for the exhibition.

At least that's the impression I got from reading the info on the eBay listing I gave you, you may go to and read for yourself.

Well, you never know for sure, but someone who could own a real Balabushka might not have the need or time to previously dally on eBay.
Just chose it as a marketing tool.

And, doesn't eBay and PayPal stand behind such deals?

Apparantly he brought it to the Expo this year. If you scroll down he has a slideshow of pictures of some pros and (I assume) himself all holding the cue. His phone number is posted, as well.

Down at the bottom under payment methods is shows that Paypal would only guarantee to cover $315 Canadian. I'm not quite sure how this amount is calculated.

Either way I'd be real hesitant bidding on something of this value from someone with no feedback or history. Otherwise I'd not think twice about dropping 20 large on this cue, my wife would have *NO* problem with that I'm sure ;-)

Seriously though, they have posted a phone number on the auction, anyone serious ought to check out their bona fides as best they can.

This guy is legitimate. The cue is legitimate.

How do you know that??? If it were me, I'd call Pete.

The cue was seen by many at Valley Forge, it is authentic. There is a LOA from Pete Tascarella for this cue already. Now you know how I know.

I dont know what youve been told, but the real balabuska's have his signature on the side of them, you can find them on ebay for 400-500 bucks. They are awesome.
