After a few months of waiting, finally the 9 sets of IPT balls that our Shanghai US Open Qualifier venue ordered arrived.

I thought that others who were waiting would like to know.

Good sign or strategy? I'll let the sherlock's decide:D

Totally meaningless, Colin

At least I would like those 9 sets that I have been waiting for! Can give them to those Norwegians who put up money in qualifiers, but who didn't make it, that should be exactly 9 :)

Glad to hear it Colin. They could now be collectors items though.

Please return them. Deno needs them badly.

How many times was your credit card charged for them??

Southpaw

Any balls recieved from KT should come in sets of 2. They should also be about ten times the regular size and made of solid brass.

Who'da thunk that a thread about balls would have lead to double entendres? lol

btw: No additional charges to credit cards as far as I'm aware. Just to clarify.

ElbowRoom received 9 sets today, together with some DVD's and posters!

Will play some one-pocket with them later tonight, they look and feel great!

So now is the main-question: will we have to use them as we were supposed to, and why did we order 9 sets? Is it because every player at the qualifier can play at 3 tables each?

Have played some one-pocket, 14-1 and 8-ball with the IPT-balls tonight.

They look very much like Pamela Anderson & Paris Hilton, very cheap and plastic, but when you start playing with them it's just fantastic! ;)

Roy...<<but when you start playing with them it's just fantastic! >>

Just curious...who is the manufacturer and are they that company's standard product...just under a private label deal...or are they made to IPT custom specs>>

Thanks,
Jim
