i just got a home table:smile:
want to keep the equipment pristine
have a set of brunswick centennials on my restored gold crown2
what ball cleaner machine do you reccommend??
thanks

The two best are the Diamond (comes in single and double platter) and the Ballstar machines. Word on the street is the Diamond is the best, but is the most expensive. The Ballstar isn't cheap either, about $300.

If you want to DIY on the cheap you can make your own, just go to youtube and search for billiard ball cleaner.

I just looked it up and it seems like an interesting machine. I like the 16 holes so you can do a whole set at once. Are the pads carpet material or more of a buffing type cotton pad? Are the pads machine washable? Is it relatively quiet? How does the machine tumble the balls so they are not just rotating on the same axis during the polish cycle?

Thanks.

polisher

I built mine off the diamonds i used a 1-1/2 baldor motor and the hole where you put the balls and the platter that spins are of axis .75 of an inch.
So the balls spin off axis .. does a great job only 8 at a time.15 mins and WOW there brand new. i got 250 in mine....
