I looked at the brackets and found that there were a lot of names missing. I personally know 10 people that are there and none of the names show up. Are they the correct brackets or am I missing something?

I can't find Danny "Kid Delicious" Basavich or Jose Parica on the chart, but according to the article, they are in attendance. Jose was in Philippines competing a week or so ago. Good to see Jose back on the tournament trail!
Other names that are missing: Gabe Owen, Shawn Putnam, and Mike Davis. Is there more than one tournament going on? I thought these players were there.
I heard Harry Platis was in Reno, too, but maybe he is not playing in the POOL tournament. Lots of activities in Reno!
The Sardos are competing, Carmine, Phil, Tony, and Buddy!

I'm not sure about Harry, I heard he was going down. I know for a fact that Basavich, Mike Davis and Jose Parica are there because they beat up on my friends and none of their names show up. I am wondering where all the names have gone or possibly it may be the brackets for the amatuer tourney before the open?

Chris Szuter & Jamie Baraks are missing from the brackets too....
They must have posted the USPPA brackets. I know Dave Hemmah, Ernesto Domingez, Morro, and Brian Parks all went up there to play and they are not listed.

Definitely the wrong brackets - I talked to Mike Davis yesterday - he lost his first match 9-2 and is playing again today at 1pm Reno time. I'm sure they'll catch on soon and bring in the right brackets. It sounds like they did the cover story based on those brackets - that's kind of funny.
I got the info for the brackets in late last night and was pretty shocked that none of the top pros were there. I will get with the folks in Reno and find out what the heck is going on this morning.
