I'm having a hard time with banks/kicks. 1 rail,2 rail,3 rail. Just wondering if anyone knew of a good place online for resources on the subject or even books on the topic. Any help would be appreciated.

There are a set of threads here on AZ that contain great information that may help you. Do an advanced search on posts made by member deadaim with keywords "kicking academy". There are about 8 threads that cover maybe 20 different systems. Check it out.

Grady (The Professor) MAtthews has some great DVDS on Kicking. Very simple systems.
Also Tom (DR CUE) Rossman has a great dvd on kicking. If i remember it was part of the monk series.
These 2 dvds are by far the best and easiest i know of and i have all dvds out there.
