I'd help you out with some advice, but you stiffed Diamond, and me for all the work that was done to your table, refinished, calibrated rails, tightened pockets, Artemis cushions, Simonis 860HR cloth, new slate backing, and was suppose to pay Diamond $1,000 once you received your table, but thanks to tabletek, ''Rob K'' you received your table without paying your bill, then stopped answering your phone:mad: so, as far as I'm concerned, you and Rob K ''aka'' TableTek can go to hell, hope that table never plays level:mad:

I told you man, you seriously need to call the guy that installed it. You've asked several times, and I'm not trying to be rude here, but what's the answer you're looking for? Without putting a level on the table myself, or knowing what all he did to make the custom cross braces he put it, it's hard to say what the problem is. I've told you what I thought though, and you don't seem to like any of the answers I give you, or apparently anyone else. Again, not trying to be rude, but we went through this pre-installation too. With this new info coming out about payment for the services, and with you being dissatisfied with every answer you get, it doesn't seem like you're going to get much help going forward. But I think it's getting down to this....as the customer, what's the resolution YOU would be happy with?

I would be happy for the installer to return and level the table right,or check and correct the frame ,if that is the problem. But lack of contact would suggest that he is not interested or does not have the time.

Is that how you view paying Diamond what you owe them?

Maybe in two years or so he'll pay up. That's how long it took Diamond to pay Jessie at the Silver Dollar what they owed to her.

Hard to feel sorry for Diamond. What goes around comes around. I think the term is "Karma".

I'm sure there other details involved, but even if not, that doesn't make it right. T, contact the installer again. Ask what they think is a reasonable solution. If the crossbeam they put in is the reason for the table not being level, to me, that's their responsibility to make it right. If they didn't level the table properly, that's their responsibility. If they know something else we don't about the table, room, conditions, etc that may affect the table, then they can address that with you and hopefully come to a reasonable solution for all involved.

If they don't answer their phone or return calls or whatever, then that's another issue, but I know from past personal experience that I would be pissed if another installer was called in on one of my jobs to correct what was felt to be an error on my part, before I was given an opportunity to make it right. Just saying.

And if what these guys are saying about non-payment is true, dude you need to take care of that, or you won't have a leg to stand on with this crowd. You already know we look out for our own.

JC, not your problem buddy, if Ian don't pay Diamond, then I have to pay them for him, because the work done to his table was on my account with Diamond;)

Except for "tabletek" who knew he wasn't to turn over the table to Ian at the border until he paid Diamond first, but didn't care one bit as his responce to me about why he didn't was, '' I don't work for you or Diamond, so I don't have to make sure Ian pays first or not'' If I'd have known how this was going to turn out, I'd have just taken the table to the border myself, and got paid, instead of dropping off the table with Rob like Ian requested so he could bring the table across the border and set it up for him, which never happened:mad:

Ian, are you going to pay your bill with Diamond or not?
