Rhino CF shafts....159bux, free ship

Hi bbb, how much more deflection do you find?
when i first get a shaft
i try a few easy shots just to get a feel
then i try some shots with alot of spin
if i miss them badly because of deflection
i dont go further as i dont want my brain to have to do too much adjusting
i cant tell you how much because i didnt do the tests that measure it
all i know it was significant enugh for me to miss shots i wouldnt miss with my revo 11.8
fwiw
when i got the cuetc 10.5 i had no trouble with its deflection

are you sure? I thought it was described as a long pro taper?
I'm not even sure what you're asking...and yes!

I am sure the rhino is a near conical taper.

I am.sure I found the revo indistinguishable from a (some) pool taper.

Sorry, I was confirming it is actually conical taper.

What size did you order and what are your cue's measurements at the tip / ferrule, at 3", at 6", at 9" and at 12" (if you don't mind)?

I don't have calipers...and now I have to stand up?!?!

Haha.

I'll go downstairs now and look at it again.

Thank you and appreciate it. Fashion a 1" paper cut ring around the ferrule and tape it together, then see how far it slides toward the joint end before it cannot proceed any further?

We're both either smart or not so smart.

@bbb
Hey whats that rhino 11.8 weigh ?

Im just curious being the 11.8s I got are 4.10 & 4.20, always heavier than the 12.4/12.3 of the same name brand.

In your pictures, I see that you bought a shaft with a radial joint. In the other Rhino thread, someone said the pitch on Rhino's radial thread is different than a true/patented/American radial pin. Do you have an American radial pin on your butt?
Seemed to go on fine and tightened up.

Well, got to hit mine(12.8mm) today. Really plays nice, deflect. is about same as my Mezz wood(HybridPro) shaft. Weighs in at 3.72oz., very snug fit. The stock med. tip is great, closer to med-hrd imo. Like it. Buying experience was absolutely seamless, great outfit to deal with. Next to Dynasphere Bronze balls i'd say this is best deal in pool right now.

Got my Rhino today with my free tip, $169.15 all in. Eight days to get here.
It looks like the outer packaging was damaged and then over wrapped by UPS.
Everything was fine when I opened it up.
I’m not sure Rhino should advertise all the specs on the outside of the shipping package.

The cue looks good, fits on my Predator perfectly and so far feels good.
I’m one happy customer.

I've never clicked a link or even spoke of this shaft and the ads for it are popping up everywhere for me. Zuckadick must be a shareholder.
I hope they play great and hold up for everyone.
